Glenfiddich VDL is the only approved son of showjumping phenomenon Bacardi VDL and he shows a lot of talent. He passes it on to his offspring and that makes him an interesting breeding stallion. Dam Jarella B is a elite mare and passed the mare test scoring 8’s for reflexes and attitude. She combines the Grand Prix stallions Zirocco Blue VDL (Jur Vrieling) and Campbell VDL (Candice King). This damline goes back to the well-known mare Portella, she foaled the international 1.50m showjumper Corella (s.Saros xx) and can be found in the damline of the Grand Prix showjumper Reinetella (s.Lancelot) as well as the 1.45/1.50m jumping Voppie (s.Andiamo), Dominicus B (s.Vaillant) and Virginia (s.Oramé). Great-granddam Marella performed on 1.35m level herself and also foaled the 1.40m showjumper and international 4* eventer Zlatan (s.Indorado).
