Dam Icelien W is a daughter of the international 1.60m performing mare Elien. This mare is ridden by Katharina Offel and she already foaled the Comme Il Faut mare Karelien W (IBOP 90.5), who competes on international 1.40m level with Willem Greve. Elien also produced the well-tested, Kathelien W (s.Cornet Obolensky, IBOP 84), with whom Katherina Offel has already won international young horse classes. Granddam Selien is listed as the dam of the KWPN approved stallion Lifestyle (s.Cicero Z) and is a half-sister of the Grand Prix showjumper Paulien (s.Koriander) of Charlotte Platt and the 1.45m level performing Ulien (s.Karandasj ). This special family is also known for producing Grand Prix horses such as Velini and Flawless, and is here combined with top progenitor Diarado.
Half-sister Melien (by Grandorado TN, born 2017) was 1 of the auction toppers in The Youngsters Auction in May of this year and left for no less than €155,000 to Switzerland to be further trained for a career in the sport.
