This eight-year-old, Holstein bred mare is sired by the Olympic top sire Cornet Obolensky and also inherits strong performance genes from her dam’s side. She represents the small, successful Holstein damline 6893 (Concerto I-II, Casario I-II and Cascall) and is a half-sister of the national 1.50m showjumper Emily 183 (s.Singulord Joter) ridden by Miriam Schneider. Hannes Ahlmann’s 1.40m level jumping horse Quidam’s Song (s.Quidam de Revel) was also bred from the same dam as Hosianna. Dam Walina is in turn a half-sister of the international 1.60m horse Cash 51 (s.Concerto II) ridden by Tjark Nagel as well as the 1.45/1.50m level competing L.B. Castello (s.Contender), All Star (s.Acorado I) and For Future (s.For Ever Jump). Hosianna is in foal to Carrera VDL.
