Under Harrie Smolders, sire Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof belonged to world’s best horses for many years and with offspring such as Igor, Nikka van den Bisschop and Imerald van ‘t Voorhof he now proves to be an outstanding progenitor as well. In the pedigree of Allstar, Emerald is coupled to the proven Holsteiner line 474A. In combination with Vannan his dam Candy Z has already produced the seven-year-old, international 1.30/1.35m jumper Veuve Clicquot Z. Candy Z herself is a full sister of the international 1.40m jumping horse Candy St.Ggyvan and a half-sister of the 1.45m jumper Corrada (s.Corrado I). Dam’s sire Cassini II has developed into a progenitor of Grand Prix showjumpers with successful offspring such as Monaco N.O.P., Cassini Z and C Hunter.
