ABOUT

VDL Mindset ES was fifth in the Longines League of Nations of Rotterdam (CSIO5*) in June with Hessel Hoekstra, and fourth and fifth in the CSI5* at London-Excel in December. He is 1.60m level, a premium stallion and approved with five studbooks: Hanover, KWPN, OS, SF and Westphalia. His sire is Aganix du Seigneur, his dam Hosanne ES (1.45m) a daughter of Kannan GFE.

On the dam's side, everything centres on Utravola (pref, prest, prok, ster). She produced five jumpers at 1.35m or higher: Carbani (1.60m), Kartouche (1.55m), Mr Fuchs (1.50m), Impossible 11 (1.40m) and VDL Groep Eternal Flame (1.35m), plus three Elite daughters with prok. Mr Fuchs was eighth with Marco Kutscher in the CSI3* of Opglabbeek in 2019. In 2023 he finished third in the Nations Cup at Lamprechtshausen. Third dam Maravola produced Travola (1.50m) and Zyvola (1.45m). Dam Lutravola is a daughter of Cantos (1.60m) and had four foals before Wutravola MDB, among them Roscoe J.E (s.Chopano VDL) at 1.15m.
