Sire Reddy Wally ter Linden is a coloured BWP stallion with G-label, approved with AES. He performed at 1.25m and competed up to CCI2*-S in eventing. His sire Eddy Wally combined that same jumping level with CCI4*-S and is himself a son of the 1.60m stallion Querlybet Hero. Three coloured generations in a row, in a sire line built on versatility. Rattaplan carries the colour as well.

Dam Ruby Blue is a five-year-old daughter of Cero Blue TN, the Chacoon Blue son who jumps 1.55m and is approved with five studbooks. Rattaplan is her first foal. Second dam Sinner is a daughter of Stakkato, the Hanoverian 1.60m stallion who left his mark as a sire of jumpers. Sinner earlier produced Nabucco Uno (s.Numero Uno) at 1.30m level, alongside the KWPN-registered Pandorra and Sivo. Behind her the line runs on into a thoroughbred family, which adds blood and stamina to this pedigree.
