Dante Z was bred out of the direct damline of the Grand Prix sport and breeding stallion Kashmir van Schuttershof, who impressed at the most recent Olympics by being the sire of two horses in the individual top five. Through the Grand Prix stallions Conte Bellini and Action-Breaker, this damline leads back to the dam of Kashmir. This mare Fines van Kameren has also foaled the international 1.60m level showjumper Sissi van Schuttershof, who was ridden by Jur Vrieling. The exceptional top progenitor Diamant de Semilly, who is ranked first on the WBFSH sire ranking and is influential through outstanding high-level sons like Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof, Don VHP Z, Quickly de Kreisker, and Dominator Z, is united with this special Belgian performance family.
